An IRA is a type of an account, all IRAs are governed by the same rules and guidelines so there is no “best” IRA. However, what makes an IRA better than the next is what is held in position in a particular IRA.
So to answer your question directly, No it does not have the best IRAs, many firms compete of equal ground as does JP Morgan, and many provide better investment advice. Because it s a bigger bank doesnot necessarily make it better in other fields
JP Morgan has many parts, banking is only part of the firm, Other parts include trading, investment banking, private lending, and corporate finance.

I always thoyght that JP Mogan IRAs were seen as better because they are managed by a better bank
