What Should I Trade in the Stock Market? S&P500
Okay so let’s look at what to trade.
Ultimately it is up to you what you trade.
I’m going to tell you what I trade, which is the S&P 500 which is a Exchange Traded Fund.
If you haven’t heard, it’s pretty popular.
It’s a big group of stocks. 500 stocks picked by people probably a lot smarter than me.
Yeah people have been finding out what are basically their picks of the best and strongest stocks.
And obviously you can see the 2008 crashes in there and you can see that even though the job market may be under hired, the market market’s going up well above it anyway.
This is what I trade. Everything I’ve ever heard really on has said that S&P 500 beats 90 percent of traders.
The S&P beats mutual funds, hedge funds, all the investment stuff like this.
So basically I wanted to pick something strong that had just a really good track record, and it’s leveraged.
You have 500 stocks. So if several of them are having a bad day the strength of the other quality companies should overcome that and help with leveling off.
While I am not saying thus is your golden key, it’s your silver bullet, this is all you need. It’s not.
It is just a good starting point, BUT…
You need to have a method.
But trading can be simple but not easy.
Overcoming the emotions is most of it.
